Our Official Launch!

August 2010, saw the official launch of the Toronto Travel Tribe hosted by @Taggio and @Breathedreamgo on the rooftop patio of The Crocodile Rock. The first tribe meeting saw an eclectic mix of people from all age groups and walks of life. Together ideas were shared, business cards exchanged, and friendships formed.
The ever-so-charming Nomadic Matt was in town with the Gap Adventure crew, along with the ‘Best Travel Job Ever’ winner Mike and semi-finalist Sonja. We also gave a big welcome to our friends at Intrepid – Katy and Katie along with our good friends Lauren and Todd from Globetrooper who traveled all the way in from Montreal. We certainly can’t go without mentioning the legendary Journeywoman and the fabulous duo that is Dave and Deb from The Planet D, who always bring life to the party. Moral of the story? The tribe is where it’s at 😉
