Purpose:
Toronto Travel Massive was proud to be hosted by the World’s Travel Search Engine, Skyscanner. The event was part of a collaboration with Travel Massive Global in November 2016. The Toronto event held the following objectives:
- to connect with Canadian content creators and influencers North of the border
- to share insight on travel and tourism trends, search trends, consumer booking trends for the 2017 new year
- to announce their new influencer program, Skyscanner Elite and build long-term relationships with Canadian content creators and social media influencers
How:
The Miami-based Skyscanner team presented their top trends for 2017 including booking stats and consumer search trends to content creators and tourism professionals who have an influence on travel buyers and bookers. Skyscanner also shared their new influencer program, Skyscanner Elite.

The event helped generate valuable social reach surrounding Skyscanner’s latest campaign, #theYeartoTravel17 including 950K+ impressions to more than 340K+ accounts on Twitter.
