Toronto Travel Massive Turns 4 with India Tourism and Intrepid Travel

Every month in Toronto, we get excited about what’s to come at our Travel Massive meet-ups – they are always unique, from the theme of the event to the prize giveaways, and the potential for new partnerships with different sponsors who want to work with our community. But there is no meet-up that gets us more pumped than our anniversary event. It is always the biggest meet-up the community looks forward to each year and a chance to celebrate our unique journey.

This August, Toronto Travel Massive turned 4 years old with an all India-inspired theme including authentic Indian dishes and to toast, The Host Restaurant created a specialty drink just for us – The Taj Mahal, a spicy chai martini that kept us going back to the bar throughout the night.

Co-sponsored by India Tourism we became inspired by all the reasons India has become one of the most popular destinations to travel.

India Tourism in partnership with the Consul General also encouraged us travel to India – they are making it easier than ever to receive a 6-month travel visa when you apply.

Giving Back in India

Intrepid Travel is a long-time supporter of Toronto Travel Massive and has been an important part of our anniversary event each year. While we love their passion for adventure and experience, this year Intrepid Travel gave a presentation about responsible travel and how one of their projects, Project SAMA is fighting gender inequalities in places like India and around the globe.
