Travel Massive and the New York Travel Festival Weekend 2015

For the past three years, the New York Travel Festival has been an event where immersive travelers and industry professionals can explore their passions and work together towards moving the travel industry forward.

Taking place April 18^th – 19^th, it’s shaping up to be an exciting event, with seminars and panels featuring top industry professionals such as Sara Clemence, travel editor at The Wall Street Journal, Iazamir “Zamir” Gotta, travel companion to Anthony Bourdain, and Kaeli Conforti, the Digital Editor at Budget Travel.   The weekend-long festival is sure to inspire all travelers with topics such as hot destinations, affordable luxury travel, and solo travel.  A Career Expo will also be available to those looking to make the leap, and transition into a career in the travel industry.

The festival will be split up into two tracks: the Industry Track and the Traveler Track.  The Traveler Track will grant access to exciting speakers and events aimed at immersive travelers.  The Industry Track is focused towards travel industry and media, and will include exclusive access to panel discussions, master classes, and workshops.

Saturday’s sessions will include Travel 2.0 @ #NYTF, now in its second year of bringing together the industry’s latest travel startups.  Saturday will also serve as the debut for Travel Unity, an organization focused on making the travel industry more inclusive by providing programs for under-served groups who might not otherwise have the chance to experience local/regional travel.  Sunday will be a day of bringing together lifelong travelers to learn more about how to keep travel as an integral part of their lives.
