A Cryptomania Trail in Prague

One of the most unique Travel Massive events took place in Prague last month with a scavenger hunt that sent travel insiders scouring the city looking for encrypted clues, solving brain-scratching problems, and racing to the ultimate finish line (which happened to be a full pint of Czech beer and good ol’ Czech food at a local pub).

We met our teams at Cafe Terapie, fueled up on espresso for the 3-hour race (or 4 depending on which team you were on).

And then ….

…. it was ready, set, go! There are strict rules you had to follow – no public transit and no Googling! Just GPS and a good pair of shoes.

Teams searched high and low to find the clue that would lead them to one of 12 (yes 12!) stations around the city. Sometimes we weren’t even sure what we were looking for!

It wasn’t easy but our hunt did afford us stunning views of Prague – thee perfect reason to stop and catch our breath!
