Celebrate Travel in NYC with Tourism Cares

In recognition of our most recent Travel Massive focus #TMResponsibleTourism this past November, we know it is important to share and extend opportunities where we can help inspire change. John Yonce of Tourism Cares and one of our Travel Massive insiders wanted to extend an invitation out this Christmas to help make a difference.

“Tourism Cares extends a special invitation to the Travel Massive Community. Tourism Cares is all about giving back, and with Travel Massive’s heavy focus on responsible tourism, we thought you might be interested in attending the 2015 Travel Philanthropy Awards fundraiser. This is an event where we come together to recognize, celebrate, and be inspired by the best in giving back to travel.

A who’s who of the travel industry will be on hand and many people will be attending the Travel Weekly’s Readers Choice Awards afterwards.

In keeping with our focus on Nepal this year, we are hosting musical performances by Shyam Nepali and Raj Kapoor, from the Dance Theater of Nepal.

A short awards ceremony will recognize:

• Legacy in Travel Philanthropy

• New Innovators

• Personal Philanthropic Leadership

This event will be taking place on December 15th (tomorrow) from 5:00 – 6:30pm located at The Conrad Hotel in New York City.
