How travel brands can effectively use the Facebook platform

Bangkok Travel Massive recently hosted a special event with Facebook to learn how travel brands can effectively use the Facebook platform beyond likes and shares.

Facebook Beyond Shares, Comments and Likes

In this 25 minute talk Vi Operad from Facebook Singapore takes us through the customer journey specifically for travel, sharing insights from the purchasing behavior of 36 Million Facebook users in Thailand who use their mobile platform to discover, research, consider, purchase, and advocate travel.

Vi also demonstrated some new features including the Facebook Carousel, Facebook Canvas, and shared some insights into travel group HIS Japan’s Thailand Facebook page strategy which helped them grow their page organically to 500,000 likes.
