Travel Massive LA Celebrates Singapore Airlines’ New Routes

Travel Massive LA joined together at Tiato in Santa Monica to celebrate Singapore Airlines’ new route from LAX to Seoul. Check out some of their photos from the night.

There was a great mix of writers, bloggers, vloggers, hotel operators, public relation consultants, and Youtube networks.

Singapore Airlines was the main sponsor for the evening. We were lucky enough to have the airline secure the wonderful venue as well. There were scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and of course, a major giveaway—two tickets on Singapore Airlines direct to Seoul from LAX, including a weekend hotel stay at a 4 Star property.

The entire event was focused on networking and embracing the new route with Singapore Airlines’. James Boyd, VP of PR for Singapore Airlines co-hosted the evening with me, Kelley Ferro. Singapore Airlines also brought in their business class seats for us to try out and use for the photo booth.

Overall, the event was a huge success! There was a big turnout—we have over 90 attendees and everyone stayed even past the end! A huge round of applause goes to James, Miranda, Alistair, Sek Eng and the rest of the Singapore Airlines team for putting on such a flawless event. Getting those business class seats in there could not have been easy but as you can see from the photos, the community definitely enjoyed them!

We are all jealous of the night’s big winner, Heather Olson from HauteTravelGirl. Her tweets and photos leading up to the event and during the night of, were stellar enough to win her two tickets on Singapore Airlines’ brand new route from LAX to Seoul, and a 4-star hotel stay (hey Heather, take me with you?)
