Bugyal Let’s Travelers’ Legacies Do the Talking

Sudhanshu Rathore, Founder of Bugyal, let’s travelers’ legacies do the talking. What does that mean? We asked Sudhanshu to get the full answer. Sudhanshu is part of the Travel Massive Mumbai chapter and has created Bugyal for Travelers, so they can showcase their legacy. It also helps enable friends and travelers to connect via one’s destination experience. They can reuse the information available with the traveling community.

Now that you understand the basis of the company, let’s ask Sudhanshu a few questions, shall we?

What inspired you to create this startup?

While planning for a trek, I couldn’t find friends who shared the same interest in trekking. I thought to myself, there is no traveler’s legacy which one can connect with. Gap :   Trying to bring Efficiency as collaboration enables sharing the information gained while planning, experiencing, which currently is not happening, a Friend’s review of Hotel  is more relevant compared to a stranger’s. With Bugyal, when you think of a destination, you can find five of your friends who have been there. You look at their memoir which has a usable plan, enabling you to connect with them and seek clarifications.

How did you build your startup?

Initially started by myself, Shivendra joined a little later on. We are based out of Pune, with Mentors in Silicon Valley, a couple of team members are spread across India. The initial offering was sharing past, present and future details, which now has pivoted to personalizing friend’s trip memoir for your own trip.

Do you have any tips for new entrepreneurs who want to create a successful startup?

Personalization has a lot to do with the success of a business.

For example, the Taxi driver knows you are arriving in the next minute at Gate 3 with extra luggage and ensures you have a taxi awaiting your arrival at that exact location.
