Sofia meets the travel bloggers of Bulgaria

For its event in June, Travel Massive Sofia invited more than 30 travel bloggers from Bulgaria to introduce their blogs. 

This recap was written by Maria Stoyanova, the Sofia chapter leader and herself a travel blogger at Travelling Buzz. 

The event was organized in partnership with ASTOM – the Association of travel bloggers in Bulgaria – and our venue partner, the Travellers’ Club Sofia.

More than 60 travel enthusiasts gathered in the Bulgarian capital for the event titled “Meet the travel bloggers in Bulgaria.” Besides the many Bulgarian bloggers, there were also a few international bloggers that happened to be in Sofia at that time.

Every blogger had two minutes and a few slides to present their story and tell the audience about their travel and blogging life. That way, almost 30 bloggers showed their presentations and many more listened in the audience.

Among others, we heard from Todor Bozhinov from Kashkaval-Toruist, Dario Dionisi from Exploring Beyond Sofia, and Martin Totev from TravelSmart.bg.

After the speed presentations, everyone had time to network and meet their favorite bloggers over a drink at the bar. The engaging event was not only interesting for bloggers and travel enthusiasts; many tourism professionals also came to meet the influencers and talk about possible collaborations.
