What topics will be covered at EyeforTravel North America?

As always, we will have inspiring keynote sessions in the morning.

New for this year, the summit will explore not just two but three dedicated conference tracks across two days: Marketing, Commercial and Tech and Innovation trends.

Here’s what attendees can expect to learn in each of the tracks:

Marketing: Day 1 will see a focus on digital marketing strategies including personalization, behavioural marketing, the intersection of loyalty and AI in travel. Day 2 will cover social media and content marketing.

Commercial: Day 1 will see a focus on distribution, partnerships, and unlocking the Asia potential. Day 2 will focus on revenue management strategies.

Tech & Innovation trends: Day 1 will focus on reimagining the customer journey, the future of CX when it comes to tech, VR in marketing, and blockchain. Day 2 will focus on data strategies and building a single view of the customer.

What’s the theme this year, and who is presenting?

This year’s summit sees a huge focus on the customer experience in travel: Is CX Hurting or Helping Your Brand?

Understand how data, digital, and partnerships can revive your marketing strategy in 2018 and beyond.

We will be bringing together the industry’s biggest influencers from brands including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Google, Marriott, Hilton Worldwide, American Airlines, Expedia, Booking.com, Amazon, Twitter, Accor Hotels, Choice Hotels, Twitter, Spirit Airlines, Pinterest and more – to attack this challenge from all sides, to give attendees the tools and insights they need to deliver a frictionless customer experience and boost revenues.

What speakers are you excited to hear from?

There’s lots of great speakers again this years! Here are some of the top level industry experts I am most excited about:

Todd Parker, Global Head Business Dev. – Carrier Messaging, Google
Erin Gilmore, Head of Travel & Mobile App Partnerships, Twitter

In addition to the fantastic content across the two days, there will also be 15+ hours of networking including morning coffee breaks, lunchtime roundtables, afternoon tea breaks and the informal and very popular networking drinks at the end of Day 1.

To sum it up in one sentence, EyeforTravel North America 2018 has the best speaker and attendee list yet!
