Lisbon Friendship Run with Roundstay

Lisbon Travel Massive partnered with travel startup Roundstay to organize a different type of experience for their members – a Friendship Run from Praça do Comércio to Belém.

Friendship Run in Lisbon

Craziness descends upon Lisbon before, during, and after Web Summit every November, with thousands of attendees hoping to get their tech startups off the ground or to the next round of investment.

With hundreds of side events every day during the main event, Roundstay, a travel startup also attending Web Summit, decided to kickstart the busy week with a Friendship Run from Praça do Comércio to Belém.

The chill and drizzle of the afternoon of November 4th didn’t scare off the runners, who were eager to meet up with fellow travel startup founders.

Although not all attendees ran, we all took time to meet and network in the beginning. Roundstay founder Rob Does generously treated us to some “pasteis de nata” in the end to celebrate the run!
